Hansika Motwani was born to Pradeep Motwani, a businessman and Dr. Mona Motwani, a dermatologist. Hansika Motwani is studying at Podar International School. Hansika Motwani has a brother named Prashant Motwani. Her parents divorced in 2004 and Hansika Motwani was brought up by her mother alone.
Hansika Motwani as a model appeared in numerous commercial advertisements such as Bournvita, Samsung Electronics, Pepsi and Hyundai Santro.
