Diya Mirza born as Diya Mirza Handrich on December 9th, 1981 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India is a beautiful fashion model and a famous Bollywood actress.
Diya Mirza was born to Frank Handrich, a German interior designer and Deepa, who comes from a Bengali family. Diya Mirza's parents got separated when she was six years old. Later her mother got married to Ahmed Mirza.
Diya Mirza studied at Vidyaranya High School and NASR School in Hyderabad. Diya Mirza first hit the limelight with Lipton and Emami modeling assignments. She later participated in the 2000 Miss India Beauty contest and secured the second runner-up position. She then went on to win the 2000 Miss Asia Pacific.
Diya Mirza began her Bollywood debut with "Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein" in 2000.
